Philosophy Fitness – This spot came recommended by my friend A, who knows a thing or two about a solid sweat. Sassy chose a HIIT class to shake things up and it delivered. Plenty of parking along St. Clair during the day made arrival a breeze. I got there early to scope out the studio, and it’s bigger (and busier) than you might expect for a mid-morning crowd. The HIIT class was dark and a little daunting at first but thankfully, the instructor was super helpful, guiding me through the stations like a flashlight-wielding hero. Think weights, cardio, circuits, and yes, a full-body blast. A sweaty, satisfying session that checks all the boxes for a high-energy workout.
