Honest gym and class summaries. Tested in real life.
150+ classes taken. Zero paid reviews. Real sweat only.
Sassy Sweat is an independent home for honest boutique fitness studio reviews. No sponsorships, no paid placements, just real classes taken, real instructors named, and real opinions written the morning after (sore muscles and all). We started in Toronto, testing everything from hot yoga to reformer Pilates across the city and the GTA, and we’ve since expanded to NYC with more cities on the way.
Every review follows the same standard: we show up, we sweat, we tell you what actually happened, the parking situation, the shower amenities, whether the music made you want to leave early. If you’re searching for your next favourite workout and you’re tired of polished marketing copy standing in for real reviews, you’re in the right place.
