There is only one Jeffery (Jeff) Ford and is one of the main assets at Studio Lagree in Toronto. He is the first Lagree class I tried (recommended to me as I would like his playlists) and little did I know two years later I would still show up every week. He will humble you, he will look after you in class and you will certainly feel it the next day! Love his classes.
