Slow go yoga, with many options to do more vinyasas
Low background music
Excellent and clean facilities where you can shower and go back to work easily
Good size classes with lot of space
Nice welcome and intro

This hot yoga class took place on the Dundas Street and YogaTree did not disappoint! This old school studio is located on the Danforth and is a walk up to the first floor. The studio I was in is large, airy and has a ton of space for people and is on the next floor above. Did a hot yoga midday class and the class put me to the test. This studio is modern, has amazing amenities and has three classes so can run a lot of different options of class types.

The class was quite empty as the first of the day on a weekend and there were a mix of newbies (travellers in town) and local regulars. You will need to bring your yoga mat, towel and water but you can also shower and change here too! Did a Hot Energizing Flow and was meditative as well as challenging. Many options to do your own thing!
