Good steady class at an intermediate level
Traditional reformer slow go
Nice background music, perfect for the morning
Very clean and neat studio but more of a change at home kind of place
Nice medium sized class with plenty of space
Very nice welcome from the instructor on the day and gave me a tour

Coco Reformer Pilates is a studio that I visited with a friend that suggested we give it a try. This cozy, homey studio is so gorgeus and the colours and vibe are just what you want for a local reformer studio.  The vibe is airy, a ton of space and places to move. We did a reformer class mid-morning and the class was about half full.

We went through a nice blend of stretch, strength and typical reformer shaking. This is a great class for beginners and intermediates as the pace is good but not excessive so if you need some guidance, you can get. Bring your sticky socks and water and settle in to a nice paced class with blended movements.
