Good size class with lots of room but dark inside
Manager is very welcoming!

Oxygen Yoga Midtown – This studio in Midtown on Eglinton has a loyal following, and it’s easy to see why. The HIIT style classes turn up the heat with infrared panels, nightclub lighting, pounding beats, and fast paced circuits that don’t quit. It’s intense, addictive, and absolutely drenched in sweat. The padded floors help soften the burn, the owners greet you by name, and the community vibe runs deep.

The energy in the room builds fast, and everyone feeds off that shared determination to push harder. Pro tip: mirror the instructor’s setup and go easy on the weights unless you’re in full Sassy Beast Mode. Gillian’s classes are always packed for a reason, always worth it!
