Super warm welcome

SPINCO – Summerhill. – Spinco review. Tucked into the heart of Summerhill, Spinco’s boutique studio offers a warm welcome and a solid sweat, with thoughtful touches like personalized notes on bikes, helpful staff, and weight swaps on request. The ride stays true to the Spinco style—dark room, packed bikes, and a playlist that keeps energy high. While there are no screens or performance metrics, your Apple Watch can fill the gap.

Expect fast pedaling, plenty of standing work, and high-rep arm choreography—not ideal for cranky knees or ankles, but easy enough to modify by staying seated. New riders should aim for a mid-back row to learn the ropes without being in the spotlight, and if rhythm riding with a dash of arm burn is your thing, this class won’t disappoint.
