Intensity & Challenge Verdict

Surprisingly tough and demanding. Do not expect a simple stretch, this class is a genuine full-body challenge that tests your core, grip strength, and stability.
Measured and deliberate. The sequence moves gracefully but thoughtfully, giving everyone enough time to safely configure their silks and find their balance.
Peaceful and low-key. The volume levels are kept strictly low and meditative, allowing you to easily focus on the teacher’s precise step-by-step guidance.
Minimalist. This is a true ‘change at home’ neighbourhood setup. Restrooms are accessible within the office building corridors rather than inside a private spa lounge.
Highly intimate. Because of the limited floor space and dedicated rigging lines, class sizes are strictly capped so every student gets a prime silk setup.
Reassuring and close. New guests receive a warm layout introduction, a thorough prop overview, and helpful check-ins from the teacher throughout the inversions.

AT OM Yoga Review. Every fitness journey has a beginning, and we are throwing it back to the studio where Sassy took her very first aerial flight: AT OM Yoga. Tucked away on the second floor in the vibrant heart of Kensington Market, just finding this cozy sanctuary feels like the start of a neighbourhood adventure. The space is intimate, small, and beautifully ready, with silks pre-set for a tight-knit crew.

Don’t let the mellow vibe fool you, this stuff is tough, seriously fun, and full of athletic surprises even in a beginner format. While the instructor offers wonderfully thoughtful cueing, having a solid background of yoga experience to lean on is a massive asset when you’re hanging upside down.

Park & Ride

A classic downtown obstacle! Main strip street parking is a massive headache that can easily steal 30+ minutes of your day, so transit is highly recommended.

Wallet Workout

$42 for a standard drop-in session. Sassy’s Choice: Make sure to take advantage of their special 7-day trial pass

Sweat Couture

Form-fitting yoga gear is an absolute requirement. Always opt for full-length tights rather than athletic shorts, as the heavy fabrics will pinch bare skin during wrapped poses!

Sweatcessories

Don't drink too much before as you will hang upside down

Top Tips

Whatever you do, DO NOT DRIVE to this location—rely on public transit or walking to save your sanity! Additionally, keep your hydration light right before class; hanging completely upside down on a full stomach is a recipe for disaster.
