These Boxing/HIIT mixed classes pack a punch
Fast paced with minimal breaks
Music is loud and it is fabulous
Clean new studios but mainly change at home
Two stations so can fit quite a few but not crowded
Nice intro to the studio from Owner/Operator

BEATBOX!  Beatbox in Midtown brings the heat with a clean, modern space. It was a sharp boxing-HIIT blend that hits hard from round one. You rotate between punching combos and floor drills at a relentless but well-organized pace, powered by beat-driven playlists that keep your energy high. The instructors bring serious motivation and check your form stays sharp from bell to bell.

Newbies get knuckle wraps and assigned stations, so there’s no guessing—just sweating. Bring indoor shoes, a towel, and your game face, because this woman-owned studio means business. Sweat approved! We love the fact this is woman owned and a local studio makes it 100% worth your while to visit ASAP.
