It was hot, it was sweaty, it pushed
Bikram style you hold poses longer so class is not fast paced
Low tunes but excellent teach cues
Clean studio but change at home most likely
Medium size class but lots of room to move
Very nice welcome and got a mini tour!

BHY Broadview Review. This local studio on Queen East is a sister location to BHY Beaches Hot Yoga, just a little further down the strip. Think same vibe… slightly different pocket of the neighbourhood.  On a pretty miserable weather day, this class was the perfect lunchtime reprieve. You walk in, drop your things, head to the change room, and then straight into the hot room. No fuss.

Bring. A lot. Of water. This room is hot.The style leans Bikram-inspired, but I took the Hot Yoga Express, which weaved in a few more flow elements than a traditional Bikram sequence. It felt structured but not rigid — a nice balance if you want something familiar without it feeling like a script. It was sweaty (obviously), efficient, and at 45 minutes it’s ideal for anyone squeezing in a class between meetings or school pickup. Short… but still substantial.
