Blue Canoe Review – St. Clair W

Class -

BLUE CANOE – Blue Canoe St. Clair West Review!  St. Clair is one (now two) studios that used to me Moksha, then Modo and now branched off as Blue Canoe. This retro, old school studio vibes is a large studio! It is a nice change from all of the smaller studios as it can fit 75! There are 40 yogis in my midday class and there was plenty of room. Hailey & Danny do not disappoint and Nancy (what a great name) greeted me very warmly on my return. Room was medium heat and for sure bearable but this particular class is more advanced so be prepared. For easier entry level classes try the ZEN series. The  change room has a ton of spare with lockers, 4 showers and a couple toilets.  Parking was fine midday as a TON of Green P along the street but I am sure during peak hours or rush hour, finding a spot could be very challenging.  I was going to ride my bike but was not sure of how safe it would be locked up outside!  But hey no where is safe right??? No risk, No reward
