Intensity & Challenge Verdict

Quietly effective. Don’t confuse “calm” with “easy”—this session uses plenty of props and well-paced movements
A “flow and go” pace that moves intentionally through every exercise
Low background music
Clean, bright, and modern. It’s a “change at home” kind of spot, but the welcoming energy and thoughtful touches
Good size classes with lot of space
First time at Body Harmonics Midtown? The manager is incredibly welcoming!

Body Harmonics Review – Midtown location.

This newly relocated Body Harmonics studio,  formerly near Eglinton, settled into a bright office building just south of Yonge & Davisville. I dropped into a last-minute Saturday morning class and immediately greeted with friendly smiles and an easy, laid-back vibe. Since the studio just reopened, there were a few snacks set out, which was a thoughtful little touch and made the space feel welcoming right away.

The class itself is ideal for beginners or anyone looking for a less intense reformer workout. That said don’t confuse “calm” with “easy.” We used plenty of props, the movements were well-paced, and the workout was quietly effective. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable class with a relaxed, supportive energy that still delivers.

Tip: Bring your sticky socks and try to arrive a few minutes early to get acquainted with the machines and instructor — especially if it’s your first visit.
