Intensity & Challenge Verdict

A technical, total-body burn. This is a high-intensity challenge that pushes you to use your own body weight as resistance
High-energy HIIT intervals. The class structure balances explosive movement with strategic breaks
Motivating hip hop vibes. The playlist is perfectly timed to drown out the sound of the manual treads and keep you focused
Super clean and focused. It’s a “change at home” kind of spot
Intimate and personalized. With only about 8 spots per class
The welcome is warm and the regulars are actually helpful!

Core Concepts Review. My latest session at Core Concepts shook me to the core literally. I’ve never done a class like this before; they use manual treadmills that you don’t just run on, you push and pull using your own body weight as the motor! Instructor Nile brings the most positive, intense, and motivating energy I’ve seen in a while. I went in with super low energy and came out feeling absolutely pumped. It’s a small, intimate group setting that works the entire body.
