Gravitate Studio  Review –  Bedford Park Toronto. I was told to go visit Gravitate Studio on Upper Avenue Road and it was a great experience. I was busy doing two classes – Gravity with the machines and Tabata Fit in the same week. This hidden gem of a studio was recommended from a friend so I decided to go crazy and do two different classes.

The Tabata is similar to a HIIT class doing a circuit of exercises and cardio which had the hear pumping! The Gravitate class uses a really cool machine I have never seen but excellent all around  – see video review and excuse the images of my butt and pooch!  Best news, they have the cutest doggo there to greet you and give some love!
