Intensity & Challenge Verdict

Combining fast-paced kettlebell or bodyweight intervals with rest and recovery delivers a muscular endurance test. Tailored to your fitness level.
Not a fast circuit – steady timed moves done until timer stopped with rest and recovery inbetween
Good tunes at a level just loud enough to get into the circuit mood!
Minimalist, raw, and functional. This is a classic ‘change at home’ neighborhood spot that strips away the luxury vanity frills
Generous and spacious. Thanks to the large, single-floor layout, there is plenty of room to move around your bag and hit your functional movement blocks
Super warm welcome and got the studio tour

Jungle Toronto Review – Downtown Toronto.  If you are looking for a new spot to sweat in Downtown Toronto, Jungle Toronto on Queen Street West needs to be on your radar. This super cool Queen Street W gym was a bit daunting at first.  Then when I went in, I was super warmly greeted. It features one massive, open floor dedicated to raw, high-intensity work like Technical Boxing, Primal (kettlebells), and Flo movement. There are no major spa amenities or corporate luxury frills here it is a gritty, community-focused training space.

The Arms Abs and Ass class was just that. The best part that impressed me was the amazing attention to form and safety that Madhi oversaw.  He makes sure your form is correct so you can get the most out of the class and get your sweat on!

Park & Ride

It's a busy pocket of Queen West! Skip the driving headache if you can and hop on the Queen streetcar, or prepare to scout for local side-street Green P spots.

14 days unlimited to start for $79 that includes one PT session!! Bargain. Drop in for classes is the standard $35, PT is $120 - lots of other options

Sweat Couture

The class I did you could do in bare feet or trainers, I prefer trainers as more a HIIT class.
