Intensity & Challenge Verdict

Hard intermediate / advanced yoga class – it is intense
Steady vinyasa flow level – non stop movement and vinyasas
The audio vibe is curated to perfection. You can expect a mix of soulful flows and deep rhythmic beats
Change at home kind of place, don’t even think a shower
Medium size studio and a very local vibe and no fuss
Checked in then off to class I went, was a pretty sparse space, all yoga, no fluff

New York Yoga – New York Yoga review. The infrared heat in this studio is the real deal. It is a deep and intentional burn that hits your muscles the moment you step onto the mat. If you are looking for a true Manhattan sweat that challenges your mental focus as much as your physical limits this is it. It feels like a high end detox that leaves you completely spent in the best way possible.

The classes are popular and the room is often full so be prepared for a communal energy. The instructors are professional and highly skilled at guiding you through the heat while ensuring your form is on point. This class is not for the faint of heart – it is hot, it is sweaty and it is hard!! I would expect this from a NYC yoga studio.
