A sweaty burn – good tough class, nice sweat but for all levels
Intense cardio and more sprint focused but had some hills and change ups
It’s loud folks…they also have earplugs was a mix of techno and house dance – high treble beats!
Small changing area but clean and new!
39 bikes, 5 on each side the rest in the back it is cozy but not crowded
First time at Park Cycle and was a super warm neighbourgood welcome

Park Cycle – Midtown Toronto is Sassy’s latest review. This one is great as only a few blocks walk from home so we had to try this new local opening. The location is small and subtle, the class was punchy and fun! The entrance/lobby can be quite busy when changing from one class to the next but the vibe is so local, that no one really cares. You move your things, get your shoes and head into class.  Spaces are pretty tight but the bikes are brand new and the music is loud. They have the added extra touches like ear plugs, welcome notes and cold towels after class!

Now you are done with cardio head south and check out my review of Melt Studio Yorkville
