This class is intermediate verging on advanced but it is designed so that all levels can join and find their edge
The pace of this fusion class was a good clip but paused to regroup when needed
he music is a major motivator in this studio. It is loud enough to drown out your own thoughts and keep you moving through the burn without being overwhelming.
The studio has a clean and industrial feel with all the essentials you need.
Medium size class but his had lots of room
The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and inclusive. The instructor for this session was a 5/5

Philosophy Fitness – Pilates Fusion with Leslie Parsons. This was a super fun class and I had no idea what I was getting into. I loved the fact that the class was a blend or newbies, and veterans of all ages! The class was a great blend of mat Pilates, Tracey Anderson like choreography and barre – core with tunes. I really enjoyed the class and even some of the banter of the students in the class made us newbies feel right a home. This is a class for all levels as you can modify any of the moves but I found it challenging in a good way!

Leslie is a charismatic instructor and takes time with all students to make sure they have good/safe form and they are having fun. My abs and bum would thank me a day later as was a great work out. Check out Leslie’s online Pilates classes as well if you can’t make the studio.
