Power Yoga Collingwood – Power Yoga review. This hot power flow class delivered exactly what the name promised—strong movement, steady flow, and plenty of sweat. The room was moderately full for a mid-morning session, with upbeat music setting an energizing tone without overpowering the practice. The heat was intense but manageable, and the flow catered to all levels, offering something for both beginners and more experienced yogis (yes, a few arm balances made an appearance).

The studio was clean and well-kept, though changing space is limited, so arrive ready to move. Located just outside of Collingwood with ample parking, it’s a welcoming spot for all ages and experience levels—perfect if you’re looking to sweat, stretch, and flow with a friendly crowd.
