Intensity & Challenge Verdict

Standard Reformer. Good class for intermediates or beginners with a few classes under their belt.
Slow Pilates Flow. A fairly standard reformer class meaning no unwanted surprises.
Peppy Soundtrack. Good tunes and I even encored some of the tracks.
High-End Curation. Beautiful decor, high-end furnishing, and lovely change rooms.
Spacious Movement. Good size classes where you won’t feel alone.
Professional & Fun. Very fun welcome from the team after class and a full studio tour.

Solis Movement Review – Downtown. This very contemporary studio in downtown Toronto was my next stop to check out another Reformer class. It is pink, it is pretty, but don’t let that fool you—the class is the real deal. The studio is up on the third floor and you enter a beautiful space curated for the downtown crowd, with beautiful decor and high-end furnishing both in and out of the studio.

I dropped in for a mid-morning class and there were a few first-timers with me. We got to know the setup before the class started, which was a fairly standard reformer class—meaning no unwanted surprises! The team was professional, had great chats after class, and I even got the full studio tour.
