Soulful but challenging with intentional movement
Flow class so this moves and does not have too many breaks
Some singing, some low backgroud music of curated ambient beats
Shower at home kind of place but you could do a quick turnaround if need be
Good size class and could fit 30++
Made to feel very welcome AND they remember everyone’s names even newbies like me!!!

Souk Studio Review. This studio I am at a loss for words!! wow wow wow an out-of-body yoga experience!!! This class is not for everyone or for beginner yogis. It flowed, I was assisted and even had some unexpected ecalyptus balm put on my shoulders, totally wicked!!! The energy and vibe are high but communal. They start with a song (to which I had no idea but was pretty) and finish with a nice OM. Many classes to not do this anymore.

You get flow, vinyasa, some poses that perhaps you have not done and even some handstands – which I love. This is hands on help for assists and to further the poses – just loved it but again, not for everyone but my serious flow yogis, you must try this out.
