Sweat and TonicThis Sweat and Tonic Cycle review covers my class at The Well Toronto at Front-Spadina. Sassy had already tested the hot yoga vibes at the Downtown location, so it was time to check out The Well for a little spin. This was our first visit to The Well, and wow—it’s massive. Finding Sweat and Tonic isn’t exactly intuitive, so check the hints below if you’re heading that way.  The welcome was warm, but the space was bustling.

The class had a mix of newcomers and seasoned riders, and even at half capacity, the room was spinning with energy. The music was loud, the vibe was right, and the workout hit the spot. Pro tip: don’t mess with the bike console once you start, I kept having to reset mine. This location is bustling and busy and the demographic is young/downtown but this old geezer kicked butt!!

🔥. Check out more spin/cycle classes
