Intensity & Challenge Verdict

The vinyasa class was a slow flow and was not difficult so approachable and great for all levels.
Steady, fluid, and unhurried. The sequences move at a beautifully balanced pace that allows you to focus on proper alignment
Mellow and atmospheric. The soundscape is kept at a peaceful background volume
Clean, cozy, and full of heart. It’s a “change at home” kind of neighborhood spot that trades massive spa frills for a warm, inviting, and spotless environment.
The smaller class sizes mean you never feel like just another face in a crowded room – can fit about 20+ for a full class
Nice welcome and intro

The Yoga Bar  review. This studio is nestled behind Costco in Etobicoke attached to a health and wellness business complex. After class you are able to grab a quick coffee and also a snack and other beauty and wellness offers. I did a midday class the Vinyasa Yoga. It is a great beginner/intermediate flow class in a very welcoming environment for all levels.  The lighting is very soothing and this no ego location is great for those looking for a comforting entry level class. Sassy dropped in and immediately noticed the inclusive and friendly environment. The classes are small, intimate, and move at a beautiful, accessible pace that leaves you feeling thoroughly worked but entirely grounded.
