Yoga Movement Centre – Yoga Movement Centre review – In the heart of Central Hong Kong, this studio blends yoga and HIIT in a way that delivers both sweat and serenity. Sassy joined a morning fusion class that paired mindful movement with powerful intervals. It had an unexpectedly seamless combo of moves that we loved. While it’s filed under HIIT, the schedule offers a wide variety of classes for every type of mover.

The space is bright, airy, and expansive, more like a sanctuary in the sky than a typical workout room. With just six in class that morning, it felt spacious and calm. It does get busier at lunch and on weekends. Bonus points for the stunning view as it’s the kind of backdrop that inspires you to hold that plank a few seconds longer.
