Yoga Movement Centre – Central, Hong Kong. Tucked into the buzz of Central Hong Kong, this studio offers a unique blend of yoga and HIIT that delivers both sweat and serenity. I joined a morning fusion class that combined mindful movement with powerful intervals, and loved how the two practices worked in sync. While I’m filing this one under HIIT, know that their schedule is full of variety for every type of mover.
The studio space is big, airy, and filled with light, making it feel more like a sanctuary in the sky than your typical workout room. There were only six of us that morning, but I have a feeling the place fills up fast during lunch hours and weekends. Bonus points for the view alone — it’s the kind of backdrop that motivates you to hold that plank just a little longer.
