YogaTree Review. This hot yoga class took place at the Bay & Dundas location. YogaTree did not disappoint! This modern, airy studio is a walk-up to the first floor right in the heart of Downtown Toronto. The studio is large, bright, and offers amazing amenities for the corporate crowd. I did the Hot Energizing Flow, it was both meditative and challenging.

The class was quite empty as the first of the day on a weekend and there were a mix of newbies (travellers in town) and local regulars. You will need to bring your yoga mat, towel and water but you can also shower and change here too! Did a Hot Energizing Flow and was meditative as well as challenging. Many options to do your own thing!
