YogaTree Review

Class -

This hot yoga class took place on the Dundas Street and YogaTree did not disappoint! This old school studio is located on the Danforth and is a walk up to the first floor. The studio I was in is large, airy and has a ton of space for people and is on the next floor above. Did a hot yoga midday class and the class put me to the test. This studio is modern, has amazing amenities and has three classes so can run a lot of different options of class types. The class was quite empty as the first of the day on a weekend and there were a mix of newbies (travellers in town) and local regulars. You will need to bring your yoga mat, towel and water but you can also shower and change here too! Did a Hot Energizing Flow and was meditative as well as challenging. Many options to do your own thing!
