Burn Room – Annex Toronto – HIIT Class review.  What a blast! This Burn Room HIIT class in the Annex came highly recommended by Kevin from Barry’s Yorkville, who knows the owner and instructor Zalie. I brought a friend along, and we had a great time. After a few uncoordinated moves, we quickly found our rhythm. The music was pumping, with loud, high-energy EDM and bass-heavy beats that kept the vibe electric. Expect a true HIIT workout packed with weights, cardio, and full-body strength moves. It felt like a mix between Tracy Anderson and Barry’s, but with Zalie’s own twist to make it challenging enough to make you sweat, without crushing your soul. Bring a towel, lots of water, and your indoor running shoes. This class will light you up—in all the best ways.
