Lagree Plus Review – Yonge & St. Clair Toronto.

This cool, newly opened studio right at the corner of Yonge and St. Clair was an easy pick for Sassy Sweat to test out. With so many reformer studios popping up across the city, some new, some OG, Lagree Plus sets itself apart with its cozy vibe, sleek new Megaformers, and genuinely beginner-friendly energy.

I took two early-morning classes using their welcome bundle (3 classes for $60 — solid deal). The space is spotless, brand-new, and feels more intimate than most. Each class begins with a short meditation and stretch, which eases you into the workout before things get spicy.Because the studio’s smaller, instructors actually notice your form so no hiding in the back row here. It’s a great entry point if you’re curious about Lagree but nervous about the ‘hardcore’ reputation.
