Ride Cycle Club Review  – Ossington was a blast and something I did not expect. This Ride Cycle Club Review starts with us in a VERY dark studio (think pitch black).  The music is happening and very LOUD (even for me) but the energy is over the top amazing!  This class is not for those that are afraid of the dark and comfortable in with fast paced spin classes. You stand and bop up and down with the beat tunes!

The class I went to was ¼ full but I was told on weekends was jammed packed and also cult following.Bikes are very close to one another so prepared to be tight to your neighbour, but that is OK as increases the motivation and vibe in the class.
