Good class and they work you!
Yoga tempo class but slightly faster to incorporate the weights (fusion) portion
Good steady motivating music
New and clean facility but more of a change at home place
Good size medium class with enough people to motivate but small enough to feel homey
The warmest welcome and got a special tour!

Melt Studio review. This studio is located at Bedford and Davenport is a new studio just opened the beginning of this year. It boasts some of the best hot yoga, pilates and fusions of both of these, this studio offers a lot of options! Kathryn, owner/operator is famous in and amongst Hot Yoga and Hot HIIT enthusiasts in the city. There is a lot of Green P street parking helps as well.

The class is a Yoga HIIT Fusion which is super popular these days and the class was hot, steamy and tough – just the way I like my classes. Classes are fusion of Pilates/Yoga/HIIT guarantee newness every class. Don’t worry, you don’t have to be a hot freak to do these classes.  They are never burning like the old days of Bikram. Melt Studio has many new studio options for class packages that you need to check out! More yoga classes in Toronto here!
