The flow class there is little to no break
The audio vibe is very laid back and reflects the no ego atmosphere of the studio.
This is a modest but welcoming space that focuses on the practice rather than the perks.
Good size class and spaces are tight but manageable
The community here is very friendly and attracts a come as you are crowd of all ages and flexibility levels.

BeHot Yoga Studio.  This BeHot Yoga review dives into Toronto sweat session at a no-fuss, local gem where the vibe matches the heat of the room. Sassy dropped into a Power Vinyasa class and worked up a solid sweat in a modest but welcoming space.

The studio attracts a friendly, come-as-you-are crowd with people of all ages, sizes, and flexibility levels, creating a refreshingly unpretentious feel. his is classic hot yoga where the room temperature is the real deal. The Power Vinyasa flow is straightforward and effective but requires you to have a basic understanding of your poses as guidance is minimal. It is a solid endurance test for anyone who loves a high-heat environment.

The instructor offered little guidance, so some yoga know-how helps, but the laid-back energy lets you ease right in. If you want a heated flow without the ego or frills, BeHot delivers the fire (literally) and keeps the pressure low!
