Intensity & Challenge Verdict

High-energy, cardio-heavy, and entirely up to you. The combination of swift choreography and intense resistance climbs delivers a serious sweat
Fast-paced, fluid, and beat-driven. The transitions move smoothly alongside the track list, keeping your legs spinning and your heart rate elevated
Loud, high-energy, and completely immersive. The sound system blasts club-grade beats to keep the motivation high, but the complimentary earplugs are an amazing touch
The common areas and changing spaces are beautifully maintained, making it incredibly easy to towel off and transition into the rest of your day post-ride.
They have 41 bikes at the Queen E location so a good sized studio
Qarm and welcoming – the front desk team guides you through shoe rentals, shows you where to find amenities, and assists with bike setup

Rise Cycle Review – This group has established a stellar reputation with its two distinct studios across the city.  I recently had the pleasure of dropping in for a morning class at their Queen St. E location. The local studio was comfortably half-full when I signed up for a session led by Jessi. Fun fact: it was actually her very first time teaching a public class, and she absolutely nailed the entire experience!

The facility itself is exceptionally clean, and the cycling studio stands out by offering a comfortable amount of breathing room between the bikes. Like most premium rhythm-based spin studios, the music is cranked. They provide complimentary earplugs at the front desk if you want a slightly dampened blast. For prep, make sure you are wearing form-fitting tights or supportive biking shorts.  Bring a large bottle of water to get through the sweat, and get ready for an uplifting ride.

Park & Ride

Street parking can be a hunt, so taking the Queen streetcar or walking from the surrounding neighbourhood is highly recommended. Green P lot is 2 blocks away and quite large.

Wallet Workout

First timer 2 X rides for $30! Regular drop ins are $30 and many package offers

Sweat Couture

Form-fitting athletic tights or fitted biking shorts are your best option to prevent chafing on the saddle. Avoid loose trousers or baggy sweatpants - very uncomfortable!

Sweatcessories

Clip-in cycling shoes are provided for your ride. Bring a substantial water bottle to stay fully hydrated throughout the heavy cardio segments.

Top Tips

If you're sensitive to high-decibel music, grab a pair of their complimentary earplugs right at check-in!
