Blue Canoe Rosedale Yoga Review – It pulled me back in after more than a year away, and this time I skipped my usual HIIT class for something different: Hot Power Flow with Yara.
The heat was solid but manageable, not the kind that flattens you in the first ten minutes. It was easier to actually focus on form instead of just surviving the room. Turnout was moderate, enough energy in the space to feel like a class, without the packed-in, elbow-to-elbow feeling some hot studios lean into.
What stood out most was Yara. I have done many of her classes and she is consistent and challenging. It says a lot about the kind of studio this is: personal enough that regulars get noticed, even after a long gap between visits.
If your only reference point for Blue Canoe Rosedale is HIIT, Hot Power Flow is worth adding into the rotation. It’s a different pace and a different kind of sweat, and it reinforced why this studio has stayed a go-to spot in the Summerhill/Rosedale area even with three other Blue Canoe locations across the city to choose from.
