Intensity & Challenge Verdict

While this Hot Yoga Flow class is not overly difficult, the heated room creates a steady sweat from start to finish. The class is suitable for beginners and intermediate yogis looking to improve
The class followed a moderate pace with a continuous flow between poses. Students moved steadily throughout the session while still having enough time to focus on alignment, breathing, and transitions.
Music was present but remained in the background. The focus was on breath, movement, and instructor cues
The studio has a simple, functional setup with change areas and cubbies for personal belongings. The focus here is on the yoga experience rather than luxury amenities.
The room felt busy but not overcrowded. The studio accommodates a good number of students while still allowing enough space to move comfortably through poses.
First time at Yoga Tree Spadina? Arrive early to check in and get familiar with the studio layout. The instructors provide clear cues and the class is approachable for those newer to hot yoga.

Yoga Tree Spadina Review: My second visit to Yoga Tree did not disappoint. This time I joined a Hot Yoga Flow class at the Spadina location in Downtown Toronto. Located at the corner of Spadina Avenue and Richmond Street West, this boutique studio may be smaller than the Dundas location, but it still delivers a challenging, sweat-filled yoga experience perfect for a midday reset. The room was huge and airy and with loads of windows. The class was all levels but if you are an experienced yogi, the option to modify will make this a great class for you.
