Intensity & Challenge Verdict

This class is a nice medium level intensity – great for all levels
Pace was a steady flow but not fast transitions between moves
Nice play list with familiar music – not overwhelming
Change at home kind of place albeit they do have showers if you are in a rush
Not a huge studio for this class and we had a good amount of space
Got a nice friendly welcome but did the studio tour myself
