Intensity & Challenge Verdict

Hi Friends – Blue Canoe Lawrence Park has closed for good. I am so sad as was a go-to for a long time for me! Alternative to try near by is Oli Yoga Pilates. Here is my review of Oli Yoga Pilates. Hopefully they add more hard core, super hot advanced yoga that Blue Canoe had as myself and the other students will come!!

CLOSED: Blue Canoe – Lawrence Park 🔥 Blue Canoe Yoga review. Blue Canoe Lawrence is one of Sassy’s top yoga picks for its skilled instructors, warm atmosphere, and well-balanced class lineup. Flow and Power bring the sweat, while the Zen Series offers a slower pace for recovery or newer yogis. The vibe is ego-free and genuinely supportive—arrive early to check in with the instructor (shoutout to Yara, Marla, Cara, and Kathryn). Reformer Pilates is now offered upstairs, with Kathryn as the go-to. Green P parking is close, and yes, you’ll want a towel or two. A Sassy Super Sweat class.
