Intensity & Challenge Verdict

Star Dance Centre – Ariel Yoga Review where we will be flying high! I went back to the studio but to fly in a different way. This was my 2nd aerial yoga class and once again I had a great time while also feeling slightly out of my league but that never stops me and beginners are very welcome here. Did Cara’s class and she was excellent at giving us newbies the lay of the land in terms of set up, use and safety. I do recommend some yoga experience before you do this class as will help with your strength and flexibility.

Arrive early so you can get your silks adjusted if need by based on your height! You should wear tight fitting clothes and if your first time prepared to feel a bit uncoordinated.  You will get the most amazing deep yoga stretches as the silks take you to a new level safely.
