Power and HIIT classes here pack a punch – ZEN is much mellower
A blend depending on class type
Low background music
Change at home kind of place
Good size class with lots of room
Manager is very welcoming!

BLUE CANOE ROSEDALE – Blue Canoe Rosedale, formerly Modo and before Moksha, has evolved through a few names but kept its strong studio spirit. With three locations in the city, this one draws a loyal mix of dedicated yogis and polished regulars. Sassy’s go-to is the Hot Flow—a fiery, fluid class that leaves you drenched.

For a slower pace, the Zen Series delivers, while Kathryn’s HIIT class (now branched out on her own but they still have great instructors) takes things up a notch with a heart-pounding finish. The instructor lineup of Kathryn, and Hayley is consistently top tier and Sweat approved. Blue Canoe Yoga review
