Intensity & Challenge Verdict

A fiery session that kicks your butt in the best way possible. It’s competitive and advanced, but the energy keeps you smiling through the burn.
Steady and relentless. The “Flow and Go” style moves with intention, ensuring you stay in the zone from start to finish.
High-volume and motivating. The sound is turned up to match the room’s intensity, pushing you through every transition.
Minimalist and clean. It’s a “change at home” vibe—no spa frills here, just serious heat and dedicated practitioners.
Good size class with lots of room
Nice welcome and intro and got a studio tour

Power Yoga – Toronto West This location cranks up the heat and the energy. True to its name, this place brings the fire. Sassy first dipped into Power Yoga years ago at a bougie cottage-style spot in Muskoka. Fun fact: Lisa Rinna was on the mat behind me—hope she enjoyed the view. Expect strong flows, a touch of acro, and a little extra challenge. This review covers the Toronto West (Dundas West) location, but PYC’s contagious energy is felt across Ontario. If you like it hot, you’ve officially arrived.
