Seven Yoga Studio – Seven Yoga Studio review. Seven Yoga blends modern cool with cozy vibes right on busy Bayview Avenue, offering a friendly, local atmosphere with a mix of regulars and first-timers. A friend recommended the Hot Flow class, and they weren’t wrong, it’s intense but rewarding. Sassy also tried the Power Flow and Hot HIIT Pilates classes, both fast-paced and seriously sweaty, ideal for those craving a challenge.

While not beginner-focused, newcomers won’t feel out of place thanks to supportive instruction and a welcoming environment. Mats are provided, instructors guide from the center, and the setup is smooth and no-fuss. Pro tip: avoid the back row if you’re heat-sensitive as it gets toasty. With great classes and nearby cafés to unwind afterward, Seven Yoga is a solid pick for a fiery, feel-good workout.
