Mula Yoga – Downtown, Toronto –  Mula Yoga review and the studio is steps away off Queen West on a one way side street, Mula Yoga is a cool, calm sanctuary with serious community vibes. Sassy joined an Energy Flow class led by owner and founder Hana, and from the moment we stepped in, the warm welcome set the tone. The studio is at street level and already buzzing with a loyal crew of yogis.

After a frustrating parking hunt, this class was exactly what Sassy needed—a grounding, well-paced flow that blended movement, breath, and mindfulness seamlessly. It hit the reset button. The sequence was accessible but thoughtful, with options for all levels. Beginners felt right at home, while more experienced yogis found space to deepen their practice.
