Rocket Cycle – St. Clair West – Rocket Cycle review delivers one of the most energizing spin classes I have done in ages. The vibe is electric, the music feels straight out of a club, and the energy in the room is all-in without being over the top.
Owner/Instructor Dana Rocket greeted me with a warm welcome and bike setup and didn’t blink when I stayed seated while others bounced through sprints. Shoes and towels are provided, and the layout lets you ride comfortably without feeling on display. With amazing energy, solid instruction, and killer tunes, Rocket lives up to its name 🚀!!! Love this place.
