Strong Pilates Review – Little Italy Toronto Branch. This was a new experience for me, a mix of Reformer Pilates and cardio! You have the choice of rowing machines (ergometers) and stationary bikes. You will bounce between cardio and then reformer core killing exercises. Got a very warm and friendly intro to the class and the studio which is a very cool basement area with a great vibe. Class was pretty full for mid morning and it got my sweat on! I chose the ergometer as was a machine I was used to and wanted to mix it up. Strong Pilates has other locations so will have to check those out next but check out this one = Strong Pilates Little Italy Toronto!! Sweat, stretch and core!
