Hard work, I was put to the test but with great guidance and corrections
Steady, methodical pace in-between and moved between stations to cover top to toe
Low background music
Clean amenetities – showers, steam everything you need after a top work out
Small classes means they can pay individual attention
The nicest concierge welcome where staff know your name and your needs

Balance Fitness – Yonge & St. Clair. We are talking amazing PT here!! This local gem at Yonge & St. Clair is a boutique facility with a neighbourhood feel. This all-in-one facility offers most everything you need. The facilities include physio, massage and other health related services in the floors above (Newport Wellness).  Even a Golf Simulator and a PGA Pro for lessons. I was not there for the amazing facilities or top notch classes and I went for a Personal Training Session.

I was lucky to get a session with Tony Mark, the owner. He took the time to assess my past injuries, and safely guide me through core, arms, legs, more core and balancing exercises. Needless to say, it was an amazing hour well spent, I felt I had done a full body work out done safely but still ‘pushed’. Besides Tony, there are other amazing PT’s to choose and to the right fit for you as it IS about the connection. Ask Esther the GM, you are in excellent hands!
