BeHot Yoga Studio.  This BeHot Yoga review dives into my Downtown Toronto sweat session at a no-fuss, local gem where the vibe matches the heat of the room. Sassy dropped into a Power Vinyasa class and worked up a solid sweat in a modest but welcoming space. The studio attracts a friendly, come-as-you-are crowd with people of all ages, sizes, and flexibility levels, creating a refreshingly unpretentious feel.

The instructor offered little guidance, so some yoga know-how helps, but the laid-back energy lets you ease right in. If you want a heated flow without the ego or frills, BeHot delivers the fire (literally) and keeps the pressure low.
