Sassy Sweat Weights

Dancing Geisha – West Toronto Review

Class -

Dancing Geisha – Dancing Geisha review Near Dufferin and Caledonia in West Toronto, Dancing Geisha offers a bold break from your usual fitness class. Sassy tried her first-ever pole session—complete with a spinning pole (yes, the pole spins, not you). The front studio was packed with pros defying gravity, but beginners get their own laid-back room in the back. The class was a fun mix of ages and skill levels, with an encouraging vibe throughout. You’ll need some upper body strength, a bit of flexibility, and a sense of humour. It’s challenging, playful, and a surprisingly great workout.

This is interesting - you can't wear a ton as your skin needs to stick to the pole so shorts are short and no sleeves - let it rip ladies

Top Tips

At the end of class record your final dance - Sassy was SOOOO hesitant but when I watched back...was not too bad at all!!!
