Most classes focus on mat Pilates, though a corner showcases brand-new equipment for those wanting more variety. I joined a midday Groove class, and it was perfect for beginners and anyone easing into Pilates. The sleek vibe shines with stylish hand weights and accessories that elevate the experience. Sassy counted as one of the more “seasoned” participants but still kept pace with the younger crew. The studio provides mats, but you’ll want to bring a towel, and sticky socks definitely help with grip.
