With front-loaded springs and a controlled pace, the workout is intense and highly effective.  The class begins in low lighting and builds with a curated techno soundtrack, creating a sleek, focused atmosphere. While not ideal for beginners, it’s a strong choice for experienced clients looking to refine their form and challenge their control. A follow-up email from the instructor adds a thoughtful, professional touch.
