Oli Yoga & Pilates – Oli Yoga Pilates review. Perfectly placed in upper midtown, Oli Yoga & Pilates feels like a neighbourhood gem, fresh, friendly, and thoughtfully run. Now that Blue Canoe Lawrence is closed (Oct 2025) this is the neighbourhood hot yoga class to go to!   Sassy dropped into a yoga class and left totally refreshed. The studio’s new, spotless, and perfect for beginners or those craving a mellow flow.

The energy was relaxed, the class easy to follow, and the whole vibe refreshingly local yet professional.  Parking can be tricky at peak times, but Green P is nearby. Pilates next? Count us in. Sassy Score vibe: Chill flow, fresh glow, and a studio you’ll want to keep to yourself. Here are other options in and around Midtown Toronto.
