Intensity & Challenge Verdict

Hot and heavy. This class is a high-intensity, full-body burn that pushes athletes and weekend warriors to their absolute limit.
Fast-paced and rhythmic. Your legs are moving fast and your heart rate is peaking
Pumping and LOUD. Expect a concert-level sound system that carries the energy of the room. It’s an immersive audio experience.
They offer nice changerooms and showers, making it easy to transition from a drenched workout back to the Ossington strip.
High-capacity and high-energy. With about 48 bikes, the room feels like a packed club.

Ride Cycle Club Review Ossington is a total vibe and something I did not expect. It starts with us in a VERY dark studio—think pitch black. The music is pumping and loud (concert level!), but the energy is over the top amazing. This class isn’t for those afraid of the dark. It’s for anyone comfortable in a fast-paced, rhythmic spin environment where you stand and bop to the beat. Pro Tip: The Weekend is packed with a loyal cult following, so book early!

The class I went to was ¼ full but I was told on weekends was jammed packed and also cult following. Bikes are very close to one another so prepare to be tight to your neighbour, but that is OK as increases the motivation and vibe in the class.
