Othership Yorkville, Toronto location  – The space sits just below street level in upscale Yorkville. This delivers luxury with intensity, delivering a full journey from soothing sauna heat to the shock of cold plunges. The sleek, minimalist design leans into wellness culture, complete with a few optional, slightly woo woo touches, yet the overall vibe stays very grounded. For the full experience, get the coned bucket hat!!! Many a body beautiful and business person in town for meeting. I definetely tipped the average age a bit older, but this is Yorkville.

We chose the guided circuit, which made it easier to navigate both the layout and that brutal first plunge (painful, but strangely invigorating). Facilities are unisex and thoughtfully arranged, with a clean, dark aesthetic and plenty of tea to choose from as well. The staff set a tone that feels both professional and personal. And remember: no cameras or photos when others are present, some of these I had to poach from the internet.
